Suzhou Easson has developed a compact three-axis manual vision measuring instrument body, from market application to product quality assurance. The body adopts a "C"-shaped structure, ensuring the instrument's precision and rigidity. Because this product is based on a three-axis manual transmission design, its body features mainly target the measurement of small and precise products in the 3C electronic consumer goods, stamping, and injection molding industries. Therefore, the instrument's body design has been optimized to better meet market demands.
Features:
1. Three axes adopt precision linear guide rails.
2. Three axes adopt durable metal handwheels.
3. The body adopts a C-type body structure, utilizing the principle of triangle structure stability. Natural granite is used as the material to ensure the stability of the instrument body.
4. Three-axis motion feedback system; three-axis grating ruler feedback is adopted, with a resolution of: 0.5μm
