The Suzhou Easson SP5 series uses a contactless pressure transmission system with optical rods for its three-axis movement, ensuring the precision of the instrument's motion control hardware. The three-axis grating scale feedback system also uses a contactless feedback system with surface-mounted gratings that meet international three-coordinate measurement standards, with theoretical error precision at one resolution level. The entire series adopts today's high-definition image transmission method; HDIM, providing clearer presentation of every detail of the product to the operator, allowing for easy problem identification. The instrument comes standard with a remote control handle for simple and convenient operation. This instrument was launched by our company in 2008, with annual hardware and software optimization. To further improve measurement accuracy, a laser feedback device can be added to the Z-axis, with a laser feedback accuracy of: 3'µm, improving measurement and detection efficiency several times over traditional contact measurement methods. This is one of the earliest laser-composite, fully automatic image measuring instruments launched domestically.
