Large field of view overall imaging, one-key measurement Image measuring instruments, tool microscopes, projectors, etc., due to their narrow field of view, it is difficult to grasp the next measurement position during measurement and setting, and it is also necessary to move the coordinate stage while measuring each position one by one, which is extremely time-consuming. The imaging range of the fast optical image measurement instrument can reach 250mm, and workpieces within this range can be imaged as a whole and all sizes can be measured at once with one key, instantly completing the measurement task.
No need for fixture workpiece positioning, can be placed arbitrarily With the precise automatic registration algorithm, as long as the workpiece pattern is registered for the first time, the workpiece can be placed at any position and at any angle, and the registration algorithm can lock the position of the workpiece, unlike traditional measuring instruments, where a fixture is required for each measurement.
Measure multiple workpieces simultaneously at one time Multiple workpieces of the same type can be placed on the stage at one time, and there are no requirements for the placement position and angle. The software locks the position of each workpiece and measures them simultaneously at one time, greatly improving measurement efficiency.
Ultra-large depth of field, no need to focus The depth of field can reach 200mm. As long as the height of the workpiece to be measured is within the depth of field range, no focusing is required, and the entire workpiece can be clearly imaged from top to bottom.
