Since Suzhou Easson began developing fully automatic image measuring instruments in 2003, it has earned a reputation in the industry for using applied technology to effectively solve customers' unique configurations and solutions. Since launching its first fully automatic image measuring instrument in 2003, we have carefully developed and designed instruments suitable for market measurement needs. Fully automatic image measuring instruments have extremely demanding hardware requirements. Firstly, the body stability requires a range within 0.003mm. Both processing and assembly requirements are very strict.
The SP series basic model was developed in response to basic market needs. The three axes use servo motor drive, ensuring smooth operation and precision requirements. The servo motor is closed-loop feedback, ensuring accurate positioning for each measurement. The basic model meets 70% of the market's product measurement needs. With the increasing emphasis on market demand efficiency, the basic model uses a durable and reliable dual-rail design and efficient industrial protection design. The instrument software is more convenient and concise. Automatic programming measurement records each measurement requirement and has a certain range of identification, making it easier for operators to learn and use. Suzhou Yixin prioritizes the practical application of the user's operation.
Features:
1. Three axes adopt a widened precision linear guide rail.
2. X, Y, and Z axes are automatically controlled.
3. Structural description: SP-type body structure, using the principle of triangle structure stability, using natural granite as material to ensure the stability of the instrument body.
4. Three-axis motion feedback system; using three-axis grating ruler feedback, resolution is: 0.1μm.
5. The lens adopts manual adjustment feedback optical lens, and can be additionally equipped with a fully automatic zoom lens and coaxial light.
6. CCD adopts high-definition industrial-grade high-pixel camera, imaging area is: 28*29cm, large imaging area display.
